Partner with the Global Compensation team in projects related to re/design, creation, analysis, and implementation of compensation programs
Work with compensation team in projects related to job Framework, job architecture, salary survey participation, data trending, and job documentation
Provide administrative support to talent team in tracking compensation-related activities & requests
Review and/or prepare job descriptions reflecting job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements
Review requests for new or revised job descriptions to determine appropriate market benchmark
Formulate recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and career path structures
Prepares special studies and recommendations on subjects such as base pay, short-term incentive and long-term incentive plans
Performs activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation policies, programs, and systems
Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position
Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
Recommends compensation actions to improve internal equity and/or market competitiveness based on business needs
Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action
Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams, providing guidance and/or analysis on new hire offers, promotions, and adjustments
Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related needs
Partner with global compensation team members on market pricing/benchmarking jobs, reviewing and updating market pricing for existing benchmarks or market pricing new positions using compensation survey data to determine competitive pay
Review & assign the proper job code, job level, and other attributes among functional teams in US, Canada & parts of APAC
Participate in cross-functional projects as needed

Primary Responsibilities
Drive measurable improvements through automation of business requirements and employee process friction points reducing process cycle times and improving employee satisfaction
Develop and manage policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with applicable laws, and regulations
Using human-centered design thinking, optimize and scale processes through process redesign, operating model design, automation, system integration or adoption to build a seamless and timely candidate and employee experience and improve operational efficiency.
Work with multi-functional team members to understand the business requirements and communicate system capabilities/limitations while using in-depth knowledge of HRIS systems to propose creative solutions and recommendations for people operations improvements
Support and drive key components of building out HR resources, including the development of employee and manager self-serve resources that will allow us to continue to scale and prepare for our next stage of growth
Support in educating, empowering, and inspiring HR colleagues to actively engage in improving their own processes and participating in initiatives across the function
Acts as change management champion for systems and processes, facilitating and communicating HR process and policy updates and changes
Collaborate with cross-department colleagues to understand and implement HR programs that drive standardization across the ecosystem
Identify gaps between global and regional processes and build plans to harmonize and scale with local nuances and needs front and center.
Maintain documentation and standard methodologies on program process maps, templates, and workflows
Build business cases to quantify the cost and value of process opportunities, technology and resources to advocate for funding as necessary
Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and invoices
Develop knowledge, expertise, and skills needed to take on additional and increasingly more complex COE work
Update & maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices, review policies and practices to maintain compliance
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
Ensure compliance with labor legislation as well as state/federal regulations
Participate in the development of Human Resources processes and practices Periodically review & update HR policies & procedures

Proficient in Lever, Workday, Oracle NetSuite, MS-Office Suite & Paylocity
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies

Strong experience working with hybrid/remote managers & teams across geographic locations
