Handling onboarding of new hires/ employees within IQNavigator and Job Diva. Utilizing Job Diva on daily basis to support HR activities.

Performing onboarding checklist by verifying all the documents to meet the compliance and policy before entering the record in ADP.

Responsible for maintaining employee records, overseeing payroll processing including time reporting, and ensuring compliance with state/federal laws and regulations.
