The Director of Strategic Partnerships oversees the development, expansion, and management of community college partnerships, affiliates, and business to business initiatives, as well as other partnership opportunities in alignment with the University’s Strategic Plan. This position develops, coordinates, and manages project activities and timelines; designs and implements project protocols, templates, and procedures; collaborates with department leaders to streamline processes and assists Enrollment Counselors with product and partner relationship specific training. This leader oversees the strategic partnership team. The director is also in charge of the Strategic Partnership weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets for lead flow and enrollment goals.
