Ken is also the General Partner and Chief Investment Officer for the 144 Trail Blazer Digital Impact Fund targeting cash flow positive growth to Series A+ digital transformation and emerging technology firms in: Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Applications, Agri-Tech, Edu-Tech, FinTech and Med-Tech. He is also the Co-Founder of Oqulus Tech LLC (a Cyber Security and AI Firm). He serves on several public and private advisory boards. Ken served as a National Senior Manager winning risk and regulatory advisory business at a top Tax/ Audit and Advisory firm. He also served as Vice President at two major bulge bracket firms within the broker dealer and swap dealer functions. He was the Senior Compliance Office Advisor while at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and implemented the $50 billion Term Asset Backed Loan Facility (TALF/TARP) Program during the 2007-2008 financial crisis.

Ken’s experiences while in Japan included conducting research at the Bank of Japan’s Financial Systems and International Departments where he provided analysis for the BOJ Chairperson, Mr. Toshiyuki Fukui, on the Millennium Development Goals at APEC’s Eight Central Bank Summit. He also worked at the Japan Financial Service Agency's International Policy Department and served on both the Asia Basel II working group and Tokyo Capital Markets Seminar roundtable with central bankers and industry experts. While working at the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Ken monitored Japanese Government Bonds on the trading floor. He was the 1st non-Japanese to monitor JGBs from the trading floor. Ken has also worked at the Japan Diet at the Honorable Yoshimasa Hayashi’s office (former Japan Minister of Foreign Affairs) and advised major foreign asset managers on the $1.3 trillion dollar Japan postal reform system. Ken is a TEDxTALKS Speaker, a 10 to Know Global Game Changer, U.S. White House Business Council Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement member, Aspen Institute Nakasone and Mike and Maureen Mansfield Fellow, PhD Project Member, Ronald E.
