PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

NOTE – After initially retiring in 2013, I decided to re-engage in the work force. Accordingly, the following is a summary of my full-time work since coming out of retirement (2014-2020):

SUPER LEAGUE GAMING, INC. - in 2017, I transferred/continued my Financial Consultant role with them directly upon leaving Triple Enterprises (reference Ann Hand, CEO – 213-***-****):

a)I handled all Accounting and Financial activities through mid-2018, when a full-time CFO was hired to take the Company public (which occurred in 2019).

b)With the current pandemic and working remotely, I decided to resign a short time ago, as my role diminished and the company made a decision to work remotely on a permanent basis

TRIPLE ENTERPRISES - joined organization in 2014, and was assigned as a “Financial Consultant“ to client companies (reference Philip Gay, CEO. – 310-***-****):

a)Restaurants (2) - one being a public company requiring SEC filings

b)Manufacturing - privately owned hi-tech equipment producer

c)Cannabis (grower/leased property) - in which our Company owner became their acting CEO and I became the acting CFO, to handle the accounting and finance activities (also, as a public entity, filed their SEC reports). After approximately 18 months, our CEO decided to resign from handling this client, which of course, included resigning our positions with them.

d)Hi-Tech Gaming/Streaming - a startup up company. After 1 years, the Company separated as a client and offered me the continuing role as Financial Manager to establish and handle all aspects of the accounting and financial functions for the Company.

COMPUTER SKILLS – gained advanced experience with QuickBooks (Enterprise and Online), as well as Office 365 (Excel and Word)

EXECUTIVE SEARCH (1987-2013)

PACIFIC SEARCH GROUP, INC – President & Founder 1996 – 2013

Established this firm as a successor interest to Spectrum Search Associates for the purpose of placing accounting financial candidates exclusively into private industry (retired).

SPECTRUM SEARCH ASSOCIATES, INC. – President & Founder 1987 - 1996

Founded this firm to recruit accounting and finance personnel for both public accounting and private industry. Subsequently, brought in a Partner and built firm up to 5 staff with the highest billing year reaching nearly $1 million. (In 1996, sold my equity interest to a Senior Associate in the firm).

PRIVATE INDUSTRY (1967-1987)

CAL-SURANCE GROUP, INC. - Chief Financial Officer 1985 - 1987

One of the largest property and casualty insurance brokers in California. (Left to enter the executive search field).

LOS ANGELES OLYMPIC ORGANIZING COMMITTEE Vice President, Audit 1983 - 1985

Hired by and reported to Peter Ueberroth as Director, Special Projects and subsequently assigned to manage the Internal Audit function in preparation of the games. (Position was one of he last to be eliminated after the termination of the games).

NOVA STYLINGS, INC. - Chief Financial Officer 1980 - 1983

One of largest and prestigious privately-held jewelry manufacturers. Was brought in by the auditors/banks to bring professional financial management to their business. (Left when recruited by Peter Ueberroth for the 1984 Olympic games, whom I knew personally).

IHOP CORP. - Chief Financial Officer 1977 - 1980

Recruited by Korn/Ferry as the Corporate Controller and was promoted to CFO, when the CFO was promoted to CEO, upon the acquisition by a Swiss conglomerate. Ultimately resigned after seeing direction by the new Swiss owner to convert Franchised Operations to company-owned stores. (Note - Company subsequently filed for bankruptcy 1 years later).

EPIDYNE, INC. - Chief Financial Officer 1976 - 1977

Joined company to bring first professional financial management to this $15 million opto-electronics manufacturer. When the semi-conductor industry was hard hit, the company filed bankruptcy and remained with them (in a consultant capacity) until it emerged from Chapter XI, after being acquired by a public entity.

AMERON, INC. - Corporate Controller 1973 - 1976

Placed by Korn/Ferry at this large publicly-held national manufacturer of construction products, with responsibility for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, business planning and special projects. Had dotted-line authority over 12 divisional Controllers. (Resigned to accept a CFO position)
