● ALL my previous responsibilities at Flybar from Oct 2021-March 2022 as well as the points below.

● Manage new item setup process. This includes setting up new items in GS1 and completing setup in both Goflow, Odoo and QuickBook systems.

● Implement and put into motion Ecommerce item variation tests. Ex. Multiple case packs of similar or items that go together.

● Create, manage and communicate orders to FCT (China counter partner) team.

● Create releases against PO’s based on forecasted needs at the time that production is completed.

● Approve, create and communicate retailers direct import orders transmitted via EDI into Goflow portal.

● Manage inventory accuracy by/through container, transfer and adjustments to the system so that up to date inventory levels are being fed to warehouses for fulfillment.

● All Special Instructions on specialty sales orders which require product alterations should go through product development prior to planning involvement.

● Warehouse shipping supplies are the warehouse responsibility. The warehouse should receive a monthly budget to be used accordingly. The warehouse should submit documentation to the Finance department for approval.

Demand Planning Analysis (March 2022-June 2022)

● Pulling, analyzing and communicating weekly sales report by store. This includes callouts on top and bottom selling depts. in which each store needs to work on improving.

● Pulling, analyzing and communicating Key categories within each department report by store. This includes callouts on top and bottom selling areas in which each store needs to work on improving.

● Managing and categorizing new and current items as “Key Items” within each department. This is helpful for reporting purposes to identify which items are not in stock due to those categories being down.

● Created reporting tool to analyze seasonal data such as Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc. This report is pulled within and after a season is completed. During the season it’s helpful for identifying opportunity purchases which our vendors may bring to our attention. After season when we analyze top and bottom selling stores and assortments in order to improve those areas next year.

● Built a reporting tool in excel to forecast and track monthly sales units and dollars year over year. My first pass at projecting was May 2022, where I was off by 319,172 units / $411,488.48. This is after being with the company for less than 2 months.

● Built and perfected the container sell thru report. This report analyzes the sell thru of each container that we received 4-6 weeks after receiving it.

Personal Goals:

● Built an excel report to generate auto ordering by vendor. Once accurate inventory is captured at store level this report will convey by item what we need to purchase to keep in stock on a 2-3-week basis. We currently track inventory manually thru invoices.

● Working on creating SOP for capturing accurate inventory data. Cycle counts on items with actual vs systematic discrepancies. Once this is implemented, I will be able to calculate accurate sell thru and maintain stock on top sellers. Bottom selling items will have a markdown action plan which can be reported.
