Work Experience:

May 2008- December 2010 Cinemark Movies 6 Concession and Projectionist Mishawaka, IN

I worked behind the concession stand for about a year. I was responsible for using my communication skills to issue tickets to movies and handled money to take orders from customers, provide the best possible customer service and deliver their orders correctly and quickly in a fast-paced environment. I worked well under pressure. I was also responsible for keeping the facility clean, as we were working with food, so the utmost care had to be taken to ensure that everyone was safe from harmful diseases and illness by keeping the environment clean at all times. After a year I was promoted to projectionist, and I was responsible for six separate projectors for each movie screen that we had. I threaded film into the projector, built and tore down movies, changed mylars and posters, displayed movies promptly and smoothly, checked the sound and focus of the film periodically to provide the best possible movie experience and provide general cleaning and maintenance on the film and sound systems and projectors themselves when the time was needed to do so. March 2011-May 2013 Morgan Thermal Ceramics Technician Elkhart, IN I started out at this job in shipping, and quickly cross-trained to many other departments throughout the facility. I used my team player attitude to work as a team with my teammate and create sheets consisting of raw fiberglass material. The fiberglass inside of any given "bag" had to be spread out evenly on a table and then pressed to a specified thickness according to the work order. I was responsible for using shims on each shelf of the press to create the desired thickness and then taking the sheet out after pressing to check for proper height using a height gauge. Simultaneously I was responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for myself and everyone around me. I worked in a team environment where I worked well with others. I had to use my efficiency skills to ensure that my “quota” for the day was met since we were required to do a certain number of sheets per hour. I learned to adapt well to a changing work environment to analyze and solve problems. June 2013-June2014 Elkhart Plastics, Inc. Technician South Bend, IN I worked as a technician using my efficiency skills to run a line utilizing power tools and documentation of serial numbers from sensors that were used to measure the amount of gas in the tank, to assemble gas tanks for semis. I was also responsible for leak testing and heat stamping for identification and packaging to prepare for shipment. Simultaneously, I was responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment for myself and everyone around me as well as working in other departments when needed. I was eager to learn new skills the further I got into the company. Due to another job offer, I left this position. July 2014-March 2015 Trelleborg Building Systems “A” Operator Bristol, IN I initially worked as a packaging technician (B operator) and used my communication and organization skills to package accurately and quickly while measuring parts for accuracy and quality and was responsible for catching any nonconformities and using my communication skills to notify my "A" operator when I found any nonconformity. After 6 months of packaging, I was then promoted to an “A” operator and was asked to switch from first shift to second shift to fill another operator position. I was willing to do so and was trained on second shift. I was responsible for operating an extruder, cleaning the extruder, documenting, and tracking raw material, checking the part continuously to ensure quality parts using pin gauges and precision measuring instruments (calipers), checking the salt levels, and adding salt to salt lines that were used for curing the extruded rubber. I was responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization to provide a clean and safe working environment. I was responsible for helping train other packaging technicians that came new into the facility and used my team player attitude to help other operators that needed any assistance if I was able to provide it. I operated a forklift to move raw material totes to and from the extruder and to the raw material storage, move pallets of cardboard boxes, dump the dumpster when the dumpster was full, and move finished product from my line to the wrapping station and then finally into the warehouse to be shipped to the customer. Most of the products that were made were rubber tubes that were used in vehicles and on the bottoms of door frames, so the quality had to be great before the parts were shipped.

March 2016- May 2016 Adecco- Zimmer Biomet Warsaw, IN I was responsible for providing excellent documentation skills when filling out paperwork, keeping my work space tidy and organized and free of contamination since the parts being packed were going into human bodies, using my time management skills to prepare and package as many orders as possible per hour, and package the part properly to ensure quality to the customer with each and every part. The motto for the company is “One Patient. One Surgeon.” The quality policy is “made as if intended for my family.” May 2016 –December 2016 Express Employment Pros- KGP Logistics Warsaw, IN I was a fusion splicer trainer when I worked for this company. This company works with fiber-optic cable and there is a five-step process for preparation of the fibers inside the cable to be shipped and the process is broken up into five positions: prepper, fuser, tester, closer, and overmold. My position within the company was a fuser/ fusion splicer operator. My communication skills as well as my efficiency skills were necessary for this job because each position had to go “in order” from the first position to the next and so forth ‘til the last position and none of the positions could be skipped, so our efficiency and communication were vital for the company to work well together. I was responsible for maintaining my fusing machine, keeping my workstation clean, and helping other fusers that may have needed my assistance. Within six months of working for this company I was promoted to a fusing trainer since my work quality was outstanding.

January 2017- March 2017 System One, Inc. Facilities Services Warsaw, IN I was a janitor for Zimmer with this job. I was responsible for keeping a whole section of about 300 cubicles, a kitchenette, and the bathrooms for the cubicles in good maintenance and working order and cleanliness, well stocked with all items necessary, as well as helping in any other areas of the building that may need assistance. I was the only one handling this entire section of cubicles keeping it tidy; taking out trash daily; spot cleaning any walls, trash can lids, sides of machines; vacuuming all rugs and entry ways, wet mopping all entrances, keeping the glass clean for all areas, including the oscillating door; I was also responsible for changing out full shredder bags, adding more copy paper to all copy/printing stations (there were at least 4 different stations that had to have at least 4 boxes of copy paper at all times), dusting on tops of all cubicles and walls up to eight feet high. I was complimented almost daily on how well I kept the bathrooms and entire area clean by the employees that saw me work every day. Three different employees got the name of my boss from me and sent emails that were all positive and told my boss how hard of a worker I was. My boss in turn sent those said emails to her boss to show them why she believed I deserved a raise after such a short amount of time working for that company. Before I quit, I was given a dollar raise and a lead position for the building that I was assigned to work in. I was then in charge of the overall appearance of the building as well as inventory of all supply closets, and making sure that any supplies that was needed was ordered in a timely manner. I left due to personal reasons, as well as wanting a better paying job.

March 29,2017- Sept 6, 2022 Zimmer Biomet Warsaw, IN I worked in the poly clean/pack department at building A, North Campus in Warsaw. I started out in box and label in Poly department in March of 2017 and trained in Lactosorb in July of 2017 for a few months, and then I was hired full-time for a sterile package position in Metals department on October 16, 2017.

I’ve been cross-trained in multiple areas of the department besides the sterile room, including box and label, passivation load and unload, and “blow-off” outside of the sterile room, and shrink wrapping for shipping. I worked in the sterile room consistently for 6 months, so I understand the whole gowning/ungowning process as well as the guidelines to control contaminants/bioburden organisms and fulfill the necessary cleans that are expected each week to maintain proper conditions for controlled environments. October 3, 2022 – February 5, 2024 Paragon Medical Pierceton, IN My most recent work has been at Paragon Medical, and they work with orthopedic implants and supply Zimmer, Depuy, Stryker, and many other customers affiliated with the orthopedic industry. I started out in Paragon as a Poly Finisher. I was expected to deburr excess poly material off machined parts. Then I was transferred to glass bead blasting after three months of being in the deburr position due to struggling with the deburring process. Since being moved, I improved drastically and loved the position I was in. Using my communication skills, team-player skills, and attention to detail when performing this position was necessary. There were also expectations to understand paperwork, interpret and read blueprints to be sure I was glass bead blasting the proper area of what the customer is asking for, and am expected to keep accurate records and utilize good documentation practices. Before I left this position, I was transferred from glass bead to an EDM wire machine and trained how to operate on Fanuc Wire EDMs for five months. Skills/ Experience:

I work well independently or in a team setting. I stay organized to ensure accuracy and efficiency. I am dependable, responsible, and considerate to my co-workers and employers so that production runs smoothly. I can analyze and solve problems in a constantly changing work environment. I am a hard worker and I always work to the best of my ability. I have great communication skills with a customer first attitude. I show pride in my work and have a positive attitude to contribute to a company’s success. I have great quality skills to ensure tasks are completed and accurate. I have one year of forklift experience. Education:
