(Entergy). Made deliveries to all local Entergy locations. Delivered items such as legal documents, packages, large tubs of water samples, Lineman equipment, refurbished gloves and blankets, etc.

Job Duties – Responsible for all damage and defective products. Procedures were to create a damaged and defective form then email or call the manufacturers and vendors such as Hewlett-Packard, LG, Compact, etc. In a reasonable timeframe to obtain a store credit, back Office Depot’s store’s inventory, then create a UPS shipping and packing label. Securely packing damaged products in a box then establishing a shipment document time with UPS to pick up the damaged product to return them to the original manufacture in order for the process to be completed by the manufacturer. Once they received their product back into their inventory then Office Depot was credited back 100% loss of cost. Worked in Shipping and Receiving in the back warehouse. Responded to Code 1 as a backup cashier and Code 2 as a backup Copy Center Associate along with doing inventory. Stocking, shipping and receiving, copy center and cashier as needed. Certified ForkLift Operator.
