Objective: To find a position that will utilize most of my skills, in medical, sales, administrative/secretarial and accounting. I just LOVE working with people. I would love to do more sales type positions now working with people everyday and feeling like I’m accomplishing something.

Work History:

July 2009 – December 2023 – A Plus Nursing -Licensed CENA (Certified Educated Nursing Assistant ) in the State of Michigan Duties include taking care of residents in Nursing Homes, Hospitals or Assisted Living Facilities . I take vital signs, I’s and O’s ( intake and output) and assisting patients with anything they need whether it be feeding, bathing dressing or anything else. I have always worked for them and continue to.

January 2021-September 2021 – Life Care – Plainwell -Licensed CENA – Duties included taking care of patients and working with Covid patients also. Vitals, helping and changing patients washing wheelchairs, doing all licensed CENA duties. Usually doing a whole hall on my own. (that short of staff).

January 2012 May 2019 - Fontbonne Manor (Congregation of St. Joseph) Licensed CENA and RCA - Duties include helping the Sisters with whatever their needs might be giving baths, used to plan events for the Sisters to do to keep them occupied after supper, laundry and garbage duty some vital signs.

July 1999 - Present. - Licensed Realtor in the State of Michigan - Duties include: Listing and selling people’s homes, finding them another when theirs sold. Figuring out what a home is worth listing it for, Holding open houses (which are total event planning, you don’t know who’s coming how many will show up but you have to make it interesting enough to keep customer attention), making cold calls, Writing presentations for homes, figuring a sellers “net sheet” a buyers “expense sheet” making flyers to present homes I listed (put on the market), taking classes to keep me in the top 10% of my field - getting accredited to be able to perform other tasks, figuring out my own profit and loss sheets for the accountant using Excel and all secretarial work I did myself, though we have people to do that, I like to keep my own skills up, so I do my own letter correspondence also using Microsoft Word. Self Employed.

May 1999 - 2017- SBC formally CBT - Working mostly for 5/3 Bank. Taking mail and picking up money from one place to another sometimes with a police escort. Using my own vehicle. I’ve done this on and off - I tried to help them out when I could or had the time..

I have a BS in Psychology (1980) and Associates in Accounting.(1981)

Hobbies: Reading, Sailing, learning, selling, (I love cold calling), taking classes in anything I find interesting, Sewing and Music.
