Duties: Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, create auto glass claims for multiple insurance companies, set appointments with Safelite Auto Glass, create PowerPoint presentations for the Job Coach, and navigate different systems simultaneously. I had to work inside VDI. Work from home position. Made sure the customers were taken care of and provided excellent customer service.

Safeway (Feb 2022-Sep 2022) Cashier

Duties: Greet customers coming into the store. Handle all cash transactions. Answer all questions with excellent customer service. Clean registers and self-check out area. Answer phone calls and transfer where they need to be. Lawley Automotive Nissan (May 2021-Jan 2022) Lot Attendant Wash vehicles, come up with creative ways to park the vehicles in the lot, greet customers on the lot, show them to a salesperson, provide excellent customer service. Pick up and drop off brand new cars from other dealerships. Inventory all new and used vehicles coming onto the lot. Set up the showroom display and make sure everything is clean.
