and medical records. Taking off M.D. orders and correlating information from outside

providers such as hospitals, other clinics, and pharmacies to produce a safe weekly

issues and management of crisis as needed. Calling medical providers, making

medical appointments, and daily medication deliver to clients. Documenting all client

care in charts while maintaining a safe and friendly home. Number of clients 11.

LPN graduated 1993 from Richmond School of Nursing. I was called home { 2004 } to take care of mother that had a history of TIA’s and needed assistance to maintain home. Cared for mother who had three major strokes and recovered well from each. Until this past February 2023 she was hospitalized for CHF and Respiratory Failure was placed on Home Hospice Care. Died May 24, 2023. I am no longer licensed as an LPN (license lapsed).
