Conducted root-cause analysis for revenue leakages, aging & uncollectible (~7% of receivables), billing process inefficiencies, and lacking transparency over 3rd parties’ handling of request-to-pay transactions; devised an immediate remediation plan and a roadmap targeting 5-year benefits of ~ $45.9M through streamlined customer onboarding, contract lifecycle management, price cataloging, digital customer service, integrated work order management and billing automation.

Analyzed slow-moving / surplus inventory from As-Is ABC classification and created a more granular matrix to group inventory targeting 27% COGS reduction along with three additional high-impact improvements – 1) increase asset utilization, 2) update pricing structure, and 3) reduce surplus inventory that totaled $50M in overall benefit.
