I am the only technician. There are 16 presses, several temperature controllers, pickers, robots, grinders, part separators, chillers, loaders, conveyors. Run and terminate cat 5 for IQMS which would record and display part count, good parts, bad parts, machine up or down. Trouble shoot, order necessary repair parts and obviously install keep a spare part inventory. I am also introducing a P.M. schedule.
