Examples of my recent assignments include:

Independent Advisor and Consultant to the President of Rowan College of Burlington County New Jersey, and the Board of the College

Project was for a Management Assessment including titles, position descriptions, and a reorganization of the departments within Finance and Administration.

Phase II of the project was an Operational Review of the processes and procedures within those restructured departments and to map the “current state” and to create a “to be state”.

Phase III of the project was to repeat the same Assessment within the Provost (educational) side of the College.

Project Advisor and Consultant on the Burlington County New Jersey, Continuity of Operations Plan

Project was for the development and implementation of a county-wide Continuity of Operations Plan.

Phase II of the Continuity of Operations Plan project was the reorganization of the County’s. executive structure.

Phase III was the design of a completely paperless vendor invoice-to-payment system (including user functionality, requirements definition and data base design) creating greater efficiency within the County’s operations.

Director and Consultant of a county-wide business continuity planning project in York County, Pennsylvania

Working under the guidance of County Business Continuity Planning Steering Committee. developed county-wide Continuity of Operations Plan including Departmental Plans; Management Succession Plan; Incident Command Structure; Incident Management Structure. Created the test and lead the tabletop testing of those Plans.

Advised the County on implementation of departmental plans and collaborated with the President Judge on Court Continuity.

Advisor to the Morris County, New Jersey Board of Freeholders, for a Sheriff’s Office Independent Staffing Analysis

Evaluated staffing required for all office departments and functions, both Constitutional and Non-Constitutional, organizational structure, and reviewed compensation and benefits to define effective staffing and budget levels.

Overall Manager/Leader and Consultant for the Delaware County, Pennsylvania initiative to modernize County operations

Using document management and document imaging technologies, work process redesign and system integration a combination of internal and external Consultants revamped fifteen County departments allowing for staff reductions while improving constitute services.

Oversaw projects in the county’s other departments for process improvements, cross-departmental sharing, document imaging and document management implementations.

Facilitated a fourteen-department task force on warrants, leading to a warrant information and management system.

At the IACREOT meeting in San Antonio, I addressed the organization about “The Importance of Business Continuity Planning.” I have also given presentations on this topic to the Network of Women with Careers in Technology (NWCT) and to the County Commissioners’ Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP)
