Front Desk Administrator / Leasing Agent 9/08 to 6/21

● Manage and coordinate all activities pertaining to the front office including manning the phones, 911/EMS calls for the entire complex. Maintain/track visitors within and throughout the complex (sign in/out log) during my shift.

● Initiate maintenance requests for the complex (residential and preventive maintenance).

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

● Calculate income and conduct inventory assets for prospects and existing residential certification.

● Collect all personal information/documentation required during the application process; submit to our main office for approval. Upon application approval, I initiate a meeting with the new resident to review their lease and other provisions.
