John J Averill III
Experience is only part of what I have to offer. It took a long time to realize that experience is only part of what makes a successful employee, its having an open mind and understanding that you are the student now and all the experience in the world doesn’t means anything if you can’t be open-minded to the company’s way of doing things, not being that person who jumps the gun and does things how they once did. Not only is it a lack of professionalism but can be a major safety issue for everyone involved. Experience is important but learning more to add to that experience is what makes a true leader and valuable asset.
Philadelphia, PA
Unfortunately the company I was working for lost their contract leaving many good drivers to find something new. No training necessary, time is not an issue and I live less than a mile away. To employ my knowledge and experience with the intention of securing a professional career with opportunity for challenges and career advancement while also gaining knowledge of new skills and expertise.

Then there’s the ones on the inside who maybe are “innocent”, which was a major part of my choice of taking this course. Additional Information
When I was assigned to my unit we were deploying to Iraq as part of OIF. Our units mission was transportation of supplies or anything that needed to moved from Kuwait, all the way north in Iraq, without crossing into neighboring country’s. With nearly every soldier having an MOS of 88M-Truck Driver, the ones who didn’t and had a separate MOS were certified to be able to operate all Military Vehicles while on TDY Orders. Unfortunately licenses didn’t carry over to the civilian world, but I’ve had numerous missions where I drove close to any vehicle the military provided. From Humvee- Wrecker, it was baptism under fire.
I drove box trucks many times including for a former Amazon Company (VetEx), until they lost their contract laying off entire company.
