Served as the corporate secretary for a commercial construction services firm that managed large projects ($50,000.00 - $200,000,000.00 budgets), on a full or part time, consulting basis. The company oversaw projects based all over the U.S., in Georgia, Kentucky, Las Vegas, and Northern and Southern California. The company performed in a Senior Project Management and Engineering capacity. Projects included building large businesses, courthouses, churches, schools (Consulting firm is currently inactive due to the economy and government cutbacks). Performed research marketing and customer or employee relations.

Nongshim America, Inc. - Labor Coordination Department/Production HR (4/2010 – 7/2012)

Originally hired to assist the Labor Coordination Department and senior management with Production Human Resources functions, employee safety and compliance issues, safety training, interviewing; in addition to hiring, employee orientations, celebrations, awards and/or holiday ceremonies. The company OSHA certified me in 2010, at which point I reinstated their Safety Committee Meetings/Training. I ordered and redesigned new training for all levels of managers and employees; and updated the company Injury Illness & Prevention (IIPP) manual. Eventually, NSA had me design and/or oversee Safety Training for their managers, supervisors and employees; and manage all of their accident reporting, worker’s compensation and insurance claims, early return to work programs and participation in Worker’s Compensation Insurance Carrier meetings. We signed up for a new Medical Provider Network. Working closely with our Insurance Claims Adjusters we were able to improve OSHA/Safety compliance and decrease accident rates (68% improvement success in 2010, followed by an 86% improvement in 2011). Also participated in special research projects, analyzed problems, metrics, compiled reports, and other projects as required, for Martin Lizarraga, Senior Production Manager, & COO.

Tristan Rubber Molding, Inc. – Onsite Human Resources and Office Manager (2005-2006)

Under the direction of the owners, Christina and Peter Fritz, served as the onsite human resources manager in Canton, Ohio. Responsibilities included employee recruiting/screening/interviewing, conducting group presentations/tours, and on-boarding. Responsible for city wide recruitment, testing, group and individual interviewing, screening of 800 employees during a new plant start-up for the Fisher Price line production facility in Ontario, CA. Conducted plant tours and provided company history and job information to job candidates. Oversaw and participated in the final employee screening and selection processes. Participated in multiple human resources functions: Total Quality Management (TQM) and team training, benefits, payroll, Social Committee; and employee reward’s functions, credit union applications and enforced employee safety. As Assistant to the Senior Plant Manager, Mr. Wayne Moore, was responsible for overseeing daily (global) production reports, employee records maintenance and compliance with state and federal laws and/or company regulations. Under the direction of Frank Mercado Loss Recovery Division Manager, was responsible for reconciling delinquent accounts pertaining to real estate and personal property nationally. Negotiated payment schedules,

Short-sales, short pays, directed Sheriff’s activity and sales, in the US. Prepared reports, balanced ledgers, created correspondence, ran credit reports and skip traces, as required. Branch relocated out of the area.

County of San Bernardino, San Bernardino, CA – Temporary Secretary (1988-1988)

Assisted the City Manager’s Office (Mayor) for the City of Chino Hills prior to its incorporation, at the Chino, California location. Answered phones, prepared correspondence, re-organized the city library, maintained.
