WORK EXPERIENCE
CIGNA Healthcare (Through FOUNDEVER)
Pharmacy Benefits Manager, Customer service)
October. 22, 2023 to December 29, 2023
This was a 9 week training program, and was just now getting finished with the course, and the company was supposed to start OJT and taking calls, but because they’ve had constant technical issues for the past 3 weeks with 3 out of 25 people, which I was one of the three, I have decided to look for another job. We were supposed to have taken 30 calls in a week to pass phase 1 of training and over 40 calls for phase 2 of training before we went into OJT, on the job training, and by a certain date, but since this issue hasn’t been completely fixed and they haven’t seemed to get in any rush, so I won’t be going on to the next phase, which is why I am continuing on with my job search.
