●Assembler: Pick plastic containers in a fast moving pace line, inspecting each container, counting each one and packing by hand.
●Utility: Made boxes for packing product, change material, moving finished product to the warehouse, help with inventory.
●Thermoforming Machine Operator: Set up machine putting tooling in and out for the jobs that was given to run making adjustments to machine as necessary as an issues arrived.
●Quality Control: Make sure all product that was packed and ready to go out the department would be inspected, using a 6” ruler to measure flanges and using a Caliper to gaged the thickness of material, check for good appearance, put product on hold if found out of spec.
●Lead Supervisor: Supervised 3rd shift in production when the season would get really busy Panoramic Inc. would add a 3rd shift lead Supervisor, at that position I did manage to do set up help machine operator and also the quality performing checks for product that it was running in each line.
●Sample Part Puller: Produce prototype parts off sample molds and trim to specification, mold testing before a tool was built for production.

●Quality Control: As a weight control QC, I perform the following checks, verify in process label ingredients, finished ingredients to sleeve, verify the ingredient bags that are used for each Kettle, set up potato and gravy fillers, once in hour Metal detection, vision, over under scale check, seal contamination check, and components of each portion that is used, every 20 minutes weight 5 finished product tray twice and hour code date and item description in tray is correct, scales verification is performed at startup, break, lunch and the end of the shift, also check for Tray description and code date is performed at the start of shift, periods change and at the end of the shift, do Daily Ops are for South Kettle Room, Veggie Prep Room and Veggie Cooler every period.
