I worked with special needs children in the North Metro program at Alpharetta High School. Artistic children which included, Prada Willies, Angelmens, down syndrome, Asparagus etc.. Truly rewarding. I moved back after my divorce. I wanted to get back to work in education however, I moved back to New Orleans after my divorce. There were no programs like North and South Metro in La or Mississippi. Which is why eventually I went back to the Casino, Beau Rivage. Hostess

I started out as a hostess. I would take the reservation. I would get the dining room set up with the staff. We would have to set up according to the seating arrangements. I would seat our Patons and introduce them to their sever for the night. We only served dinner and on Sunday, we would have a brunch buffet.
