ROUTE PLANNER ANALYST.

Copia Uganda E-Commerce Company (Kampala ) (2021 April up to 2023 April.) Responsibilities

Design and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods.

Utilize mapping software and geographic information systems (GIS) to analyze road networks, traffic patterns, and other relevant factors for route planning.

Consider various parameters such as delivery locations, vehicle capacities, and customer requirements to create the most efficient routes.

Maximize resource utilization by assigning the appropriate vehicles to routes based on capacity requirements and delivery constraints.

Monitor and analyze data from GPS tracking systems, traffic reports, and historical delivery records to identify trends and improve route planning.

Collaborate with fleet managers to coordinate vehicle availability, maintenance schedules, and driver assignments.
