Initiates vehicle requests for in-city and site-visit travel, and follows up for necessary coordination

Maintains administrative files in accordance with prescribed in the Mandate.

As appropriate, prepares files for hand overs, and ensures records management actions are taken in a timely manner

Prepares a variety of administrative requests, such as repair of copy equipment, requests for stationery and other office supplies, etc.

Coordinate day to day smooth running of the Home Mission Operations.

Handles the reception of visitors by welcoming and orienting them.

Answers incoming telephones and ensures connection with proper department/individuals and communicates information.

Sends and prints memos to various departments.
