Responsible for planning, developing, and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Bank.

Provides strategic leadership and create strategies by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.

OTG MANAGEMENT 2022 – 2022

●Develop and implement policies and strategies that achieve the organizations and C-Suite/Stakeholders' growth and DEI goals.

●Serve as a liaison for HR team members in 10 terminal locations across the US and Canada to verify conformity with company policies and procedures.

●Manage complex performance management issues, including complaints and grievances, employee terminations, and investigations, by defining and communicating company goals and performance investigations.

●Develop and maintain HR policies to increase adoption of HR function optimization strategies, ensuring consistent application of policies for fairness and equity in an organization working with 10 labor unions.
