• Regularly collect material tracking information from the floor, issue materials into the IFS database, and receive WIP or Finished goods for each shop order being run.

• Regularly collect completed paperwork from the floor and verify that the information on it has

been correctly recorded during previous collections.

• Generate WIP labeling tags for Silos, Bins, WIP Totes, etc. and license plates and face plates for Finish Goods labeling.

• Close Shop Orders.

• Organize correlate and verify information accuracy prior to material reconcile.

• Investigate any discrepancies within the shop order.

• Adjust the shop order lot size to match the quantity completed lot size on recipe orders to match the total amount issued.

• Investigate finished Good orders to match the total number of cases, pallets, or totes completed.

• Review upcoming shop orders to ensure that there are no material shortages.
