EXPERIENCE

Dalbo Holdings Inc. DHI March 2022- Current Accounts manager/ Sales representative • Management of both existing customers and adding new customers and MSA agreements. Key accounts, and growth of revenue for major Oil and Gas operators under my management include: EOG Resources, XTO, Apache Corporation, Solaris Midstream, OXY, Primorous, TPLT, and several smaller companies. My role was to both manage existing workload and earn more business through daily work achievements and pushing other services. In the time I have been at DHI I have become the leading sales representative this was a combination of Water transfer and Tank services.

Clements Fluids March 2021 – Feb 2022 Regional Manager • Duties included: managing the West Texas region operations including the operations managers, product levels, supply, inventory and all employees. In my time at Clements, I broke their best month record and surpassed the annual goals then broke their best output and revenue again in January by over a million dollars. I left the company with their assets and personal in the best shape it has ever been.

Qwikpipe June 1,2021 – December 3,2021 Business Development Job duties included: acquiring contacts to develop relationships with to in turn into lasting business. In my time at Qwikpipe I was able to add 6 new MSA’s and regain some lost work to do subpar performance. Unfortunately, Qwikpipe is in extreme debt, this left them unable to purchase more products or provide any more services.

EOG Resources October 2019 – September 2020 Water transfer consultant Job duties included: working with a team to establish routes and permits with the land department, maintenance through company and external mechanics, tracking with computer programs for our departments assets and reporting of other departments assets, Managing multiple 3 rd party vendor crews simultaneously to ensure quality and work pace goals were met. This included erecting water storage, line set up (offer multiple miles), equipment transport and tracking, automations set up of meters and tanks, and ensuring the local was able to receive up to 150 barrels per min of produced 2 water that was considered dirty or contained salt and possibly hydrocarbons and could not be spilled through temporary and permanent lines. This is a very fast-paced environment.

Apache Corp. May 2014 – October 2019 Water resources consultant Job duties included: water storage in temporary and semi-permanent storage, level management of said storage. Management of vendor crews for both rig up and down for transfer and completions ops, primarily produced water. Drilling and construction water storage set up, often several miles. Reclaiming and transferring flowback water from well bore to reclaim treatment, this product is a reportable spill if it’s mis handled, managing central tank batteries levels, leaks, and treatment. Chemical treatment of reclaimed water including aeration, pigging of lines, and skimming solid drop out from the reusable water that was trucked to disposal set up by our team. Other duties included maintaining in ground Poly, equipment upkeep, equipment tracking as Apache owners a large portion of their water equipment, invoice processing.

While at Apache I helped build a water system using effluent water in the college Station area. In the alpine high area (Pecos, Toyah, Balmorhea) as a team we were also able to move to a recycling program that allowed us to use 90 plus percent produced water. Showing environmental responsibility and future water conservation.

EOG Resources 2009 – 2014 Water Transfer consultant Job duties included: management of as many as 10 Frac locations daily, rig up operations on future work, rig down of past work, materials management as EOG owns the bulk of the equipment used in water operations. Worked with several internal departments in an extremely fast-paced environment to get work done efficiently and effectively.

Caribbean ventures 2007-2009 Field supervisor/ manager Water transfer operations management included multiple locations simultaneously and a team of employee for many different operators ensuring quality work and goals were met. Equipment upkeep, team management.

JB hunt trucking 2007 Load broker Job duties included: finding trucking companies to deliver all types of freight across the U.S. and tracking and updates to insure on time deliveries.

Vector marketing 2003 – 2007 Sales manager, office owner Job duties included: owner operator of a small business, recruit, hire, train all sales associates on a commission-based sales team. Manage a sales staff of about 30 employees and 3 secretaries, outside sales.
