At Bristol Myers Squibb I worked on a merger and acquisition (M&A) project in the infrastructure domain. My role was to plan, design, and schedule phases for this project. Monitored project performance to identify areas of improvement and adjustment. Coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
