•Conducted research to improve how the university communicates with its students about their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives on campus.

•Coded 100 tweets that mentioned DEI across five universities with similar demographics as the client.

•Completed five in-depth interviews with American University students on their feelings on DEI efforts from the university.

•Created a questionnaire based on the in-depth interviews using Qualtrics that was sent to over 100 students to collect data for the project.

•Analyzed Qualtrics questionnaire results using statistical software (Jamovi).

•Provided deliverables every two weeks for supervisor to review and provide feedback for the client presentation.

•Presented findings to shareholders on ways that they could improve the relationship between the school and marginalized students.
