· City of Dover, NH – SAU 11 High School phase II $87,500,000 o Phase II included fire alarm certification, fit out of technical school programs (including welding, auto body shop, auto mechanic shop).

o New tennis courts, softball fields, with improvements to field hockey and baseball fields. o Demolition of previous high school for new sports fields. Responsible for Dover High School phase II construction, demolition of existing high school, build out of student technology shops, sports fields. life safety approvals to obtain Certificate of Occupancy and managing the entire budget to reconcile for project closeout.

· University of New Hampshire – Life Safety Project with varying budgets o Most notably replacement of (3) three residence hall fire alarm systems during summer schedule (12 weeks). This project totaling nearly 1,000 beds. This project was complete prior to freshman move in date.

· University of New Hampshire – Hamel Recreation Center Renovation and expansion $42,500,000 o . 65,000 sf addition and renovation of existing 100,000 sf facility. Student recreation facility remained open during all phases of construction.

· University of New Hampshire – Various Mechanical projects with varying budgets o Cooling tower replacement including system piping and chillers, steam turbine, bio-mass boiler plant, laboratory fume hood control replacement, building conversion from pneumatic controls to DDC.

· University of New Hampshire – Kingsbury Hall renovation and expansion, $52,000,000 o Renovation of existing building, with 20,000 sf expansion totaling 110,000 sf. Project included 6,000 sf student project areas that were previously non-existent, 11,000 sf Mathematics and Computer Science library as well as classrooms, laboratories, and gathering places.

· Work closely with Dover Inspection Services, for interpretation of code, code review and approval on various project sites.

· Responsible for creating a master database of approved construction trades to facilitate maintenance functions in a timely manner without a formal bid process.

FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER II UNIVERSITY OF NEW HAMPSHIRE 2016- 2019

· Manage 2-3 capital projects concurrently with budget ranging $15,000,000 to $42,500,000.

· Collaborated on asset management forecasting for renovations, repairs, 1-, 5-, and 10-year projections.

· Spearheaded program for Facility Project Manager use of tablets in the field, upon making recommendation to leadership; coordinated program roll out to all project managers with coordination of upgrade and technical issues. Allowing each OPM to review most current plans and specification in the field, generate project punch list and verify as built conditions.

· Responsible for life safety / building code asset management across campus, working with design engineer, evaluating information provided with Authority Having Jurisdiction (State of New Hampshire Fire Marshall Office and Durham Fire Department). · Spearheaded the writing, implementation and updating of the current University Fire Alarm installation guidelines for use campus wide. This effort was coordinated with input from State Fire Marshall Office and Durham Fire Department as well as key members of UNH service contract administration.
