Was formerly Roney & CO prior to a purchase by Raymond James & Assoc. I helped with the transition of the accounts to the new system. Took calls from agents and their sales associates with questions or help with client account openings. Supervised about 20 employees, scheduling their phone time, email time, fax time, and scanning time. This consisted of each employee to spend an hour at a time on these duties. Also, I ran reports and would adjust schedules as needed depending on the reports. Assisted my Supervisor with interviews, yearly evaluation meetings, and also would work together to make sure that our employees were maintaining their workflow schedules.
