*Participated in the pilot program for the implementation of a successful Family Team Meeting Continuum which tracked the progress for hundreds of cases involving behavioral misconduct for abuse and neglect. Developed time lines, workflows, trainings, and regular staffing’s to alter procedure as determined by workload demand.

*Developed policies, procedures, trainings, presentations, and meeting regulations for this pilot program at the beginning of a global pandemic. Environmental limitation required the immediate transition from in – office / face to face engagement to completely virtual.
