Worked with CFO to reduce employee premiums which was a pain point that was discovered during an employee engagement survey and noted in exit interviews as a main reason for leaving the company. o Responsible for updating and maintaining the site’s HRIS database of all electronic files.

• Successfully converted hard copy employee files to secure electronic files. With a remote workforce this allowed for us to access documents and maintain employee files easily and quickly. o Responsible for generating monthly and ad hoc staffing reporting (via ADP) for Finance departments. o Work with managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of electronic time keeping system (ADP) and function as a liaison between Central Payroll and our site. o Manager of our Office Administrator and indirectly supervise the daily activities of our Chief of Staff.
