oThe Lawless Group (May 2021-12/29/23)

oWarehouse associate (May 2021-August 2022) my role as a warehouse associate consisted of cleaning the warehouse, strapping, and wrapping freights that were to be shipped out that day. As well as loading freights that are to be sent out that day.

oAssistant Manager (September 2022) I was given the opportunity to be promoted from warehouse associate to an assistant warehouse manager, one of my responsibilities concerning freights or truckloads that were going out that day, was to ensure that all paperwork corresponded with the correct freight that was to be shipped out, as well as load the freight into the truck. Being as though The Lawless Group was the regional distribution center in the city of Houston for Werner Co., In a single day we distributed enough product that valued up to a quarter of a million dollars. Therefore, it was extremely that the paperwork had to correspond with the correct freight. Now, truckloads that came I, my task to be receive all products into our inventory system using our Honeywell scanners to ensure that our inventory is up to date and as accurate as possible. Also, part of my responsibility pertaining to our inventory was to check the products and make sure no items were damaged in the process, and if any product was damaged, place that item out of stock and into our scrap pile. Also, every week I would have a weekly meeting with Scott S. who oversaw all the regional distribution center’s that distributed Werner products, and give him updates on if products are damaged, if there were any issues with the freights, Scott would also relay any new information to me that concerning any Werner product which I would then relay to the rest of my team.

oWarehouse Stacker- As a warehouse stacker I am responsible for keeping track of inventory, I am also responsible for preparing the orders that need to be delivered and ensuring that the customer has everything they need on their order.

oBack of the house (BOH) at chick- fil-a primarily my job was to bread chicken, and to ensure that the chicken was properly, fileted, make sure there were no bones in the chicken as well bread them to chick-fil-a standards. Then load the chicken into the basket so that it may fry to crispy perfection. Asides from breading chicken I also worked different roles in the kitchen I have also worked on the frying machines ensuring that the machines were clean both outside and in, ensuring that the chicken was properly cooked. Also, making sure that our chicken did not burn and was up to chick-fil-a standards.

oGringos June 2016 – July 2018

oBusser – Made sure the movement of the restaurant was in a steady flow, able to clear, clean, set and reset tables according to established protocols. Competently stock and maintain side stations, ensuring that they are in a replenished state continuously.

oTogo – I packaged the guests’ food and made ensured that their order was correct before leaving the restaurant, making they had everything they needed for their meal.

oServer – As a server I was to make sure my guests received good customer service, for their food to come out at a reasonable time. Also, if they are unfamiliar with gringos then to provide at least two entrees and describe the dish to them.

oShift Leader - As Shift Leader, I oversaw directing the servers to perform their roles and duties that ensure the restaurant runs as smooth as possible during the shift.

oFoodarama July 2015 – November 2015

oSacker- bag customers items, also if a customer required assistance putting their groceries in their vehicle I would assist them. Also, I would gather the shopping carts from outside and bring them inside the store.
