R SCRIPTING AND FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT: SQL SERVER, REACT, C#, MVC, ENTITY FRAMEWORK

Develop Web app with normal file selection and menus to render plots and data tables with R processing in Web page. React app overlay of C# MVC design pattern for a backend with custom API endpoints and embedded R in C#-based process. Endpoint testing with Swagger. Later testing moved functionality from R to SQL to R in SQL with R Services. The application was to allow quick visuals for lab work examining treatments for Cystic Fibrosis. SQL work had two phases, Entity Framework for initial setup to match data structures to project, triggers to prep and fill tables as experiments are saved and stored procedures to call R in SQL, including Plotly rendering from .js libraries. Maintained and developed several projects and modules for existing Problem Reporting System used by all JPL projects and NASA missions.
