Check all raw materials like polymer (PET, PBT, PP, LLDPE and GPPS).

Pigments, solvent dyes and Master Batch testing.

Check filter pressure value of online as well as finished master batch sample.

Color Matching by making gelimate sheet by using high speed mixer or Molding swatches or Multi filament,yarn strip, on spectrophotometer.

Check melt flow index of PP & LLDPE based master batches.

Check moisture content, chips per gram, Apparent density.

Check I.V. of master batch& yarn.

The Fiber and Yarn test Result as per Standards.

Dilution for Running sample in online Correction.

Correction For Plastic and PBT Master batch.

To maintain daily quality control report.

Production Recipe Formulation of Batches.

To follow safety rules and regulation.

To Certificate of Analysis are Testing Report.

Machine Handling -

1. Filter index Tester.

2. Melt Flow Tester.

3. Injection Molding.

4. Spectrophotometer.
