Ensure the right Spare Parts are available in Plant.

Supervise the Monthly Inventory of available Spare Part in Plant.

Manage the Ordering Parts Procedure (Create the Identification Letter of Parts, Create the require part code in the SAP System, Generate PR, Follow up with Supply Chain to Create the PO, Confirm the PO, and Check the received parts during GRV Creation).

Develop the require parts of Plant to provide with minimum price, the nearest supplier and same quality.

Determine the Estimated Spare Parts Cost of Issuing and ordering Parts. B) Documentation Organization

Ensure the User Manual of Machines and Instruction Manual of Parts are available in Plant

Contact with Supplier and Review the Standard Codes to Provide the Standard codes of Machines Design.

Collect and Archive the Report and Form, related maintenance department.

Collect the CAD Files related the Parts Design

C) Preventive Maintenance Planner

Determine the preventive maintenance plan Program of Plant.

Supervise the Team During Implementing the Plan and Provide the Standard Procedure Documents with require parts.

D) Efficiency and Performance of Machines

Determine the Efficiency of Machines, Improve the Losses and Increase the Performance. E) Projects and Parts Design
