SUMMARY

My whole life has been about sales and customer services and for the past 10 years, I have worked with Multimedia Gh to sell radio air time as a part-time contractor for companies and continued to work in sales to date with Uber as a sales contractor.

I was a DSR(Direct Sales Representative) for Mkopa Ghana and a Travel Consultant. The journey of a DSR for MKOPA Ghana has been amazing and I am proud to boast of a hundred sales and above from December 2021 to 2022. I improved and adapted as MKOPA Ghana was bringing about adjustments. Lastly, I was able to introduce quality salespeople to become new DSRs within a week of my induction as a DSR. My promotion from a Direct Sales Representative to a Sales Executive happened over a period of 6 months.

Part-Time Sales Contractor for Uber; my responsibility as a recruiter and in a team of ten we created one of the enviable track records, recruitment of 120 active drivers in a month consecutively for a year, and the active support of my team.

DSR 2021 - 2022

As a full-time DSR(Direct Sales Representative) for Mkopa Ghana ensuring that I made quality Sales is my hallmark with over a hundred phone sales within 3 months.

Profiler 2019 - 2020

PATHFINDERS, Airpot

I was entrusted as a Profiler for British Airways at the Airport and my main responsibility was to help the airline to investigate and approve genuine documents presented by traveling passengers. I collaborated with my team to ensure quality service. Pathfinders as a security and documentation services provider could retain their contract with British Airways from 2019-2020 due to the leadership skills we were trained to exhibit.
