Vice President of Human Resources – Served as a key strategic member of the Executive Management team and HR Leader to corporate headquarters, responsible for but not limited to, oversight of company’s policies and procedures, annual forecasting, high volume recruitment, attrition initiatives, employee relations investigations, compensation analysis, FMLA administration, benefits vendor relations, and community service events. Director of Human Resources – Directed a team of four (4) HR professionals, responsible for the company’s HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, unemployment claims and workers’ compensation. Managed the resolution of all employee relations, EEO, sexual harassment, ADA and Discrimination complaints for 400 FTE call center. Provided strategic and tactical HR planning solutions to executive staff members, including forecasting, development of job descriptions and all other HR-related functions. Oversight of massive annual recruitment cycle, hiring thousands of call center agents for company’s clients participating in the Medicare Prescription Drug program.

Established job placement contacts within tri-county area’s universities, trade schools, and government agencies. Managed department’s recruiting and advertising budgets.
