Director
07/2008 – Present
As one of the three Managing Directors, my primary responsibilities include overseeing Property Investments, focusing on both physical and administrative functions, and handling family affairs. This includes coordinating special requests to be handled privately and through unique partners. Given the need for expanding portfolios, it is essential that all aspects of family affairs, especially portfolios, are overseen internally with minimal assistance from third-party entities. Each Managing Director has their own area of expertise, and responsibilities are designated accordingly. I am responsible for overseeing the overall operations and administrative aspects of the office, with particular attention to the property portfolio, which is the most significant aspect of my day-to-day responsibilities.

Panthera Creative Studios LTD (PCS) is a company that emerged as a spin-off of Core Univers Incorporated, a boutique creative studio that exclusively served clients in the Philippines and ASEAN from 2015 to 2019. Panthera Creative Studios was founded during the COVID-19 pandemic when remote servicing of specific clients had become a necessity. The formation of the company was a challenging and risky move, but it was based on the desire to continue supporting solid relationships with clients and communities during a difficult time. Panthera Creative Studios offers both creative and consultancy services, such as full creative agency services, human capital, business development, real estate consulting, project management, client servicing, strategy, and budgeting. The company's success is attributed to its ability to support employees, service clients and the community during a shared time of uncertainty.

Deputy CEO and Cofounder
06/2015 – 09/2019
As a boutique agency, our aim was to train and nurture new creative talents as they transition from university to the real world. While our focus was on serving small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), we couldn't ignore requests from larger corporations who were drawn to our creative talent and ability to handle large-scale projects. By partnering with a few major retail and financial players, we were able to train more new creatives in a shorter period and expand our presence without the need for extensive advertising. This strategy helped us remain profitable while doing what we love most, particularly developing new talents.
