-December 2020- current: Columbus Distribution Company

Account Manager: Oversee 15 large format accounts in the Columbus area. Responsibilities include: placing orders for accounts, educating customer on new products, ensuring they are getting elite customer service from our company. Executing displays that represent brands successfully while drawing in the customer’s eye. Successfully have built relationships with store management to earn their trust while meeting our companies core priorities and expectations.

Merchandiser: Responsible for stocking, rotating, and displaying appropriate signage in multiple grocery stores. Assist multiple merchandisers with their routes daily based on volume to alleviate the work load. Experience with building displays, completing rotation sheets, and printing the correct pricing/promotional signage. Familiar with numerous accounts all over Columbus and have great understanding of their wants and needs.

-August 2020-December 2020: G&J Pepsi Bottling Company

Merchandiser: Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts. Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf. Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location. Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.). Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts. Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition. Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management. Build customer relationships at the store level

-May 2012- August 2020: Scioto Country Club

Manager: Oversee the Men’s grille and locker room. Execute large events up to 200 people. Ensure that all food and beverage quality meets a high standard. Facilitate the floor and make sure the members are content with service and food quality. Track sales, and gained managerial knowledge of POS functions.

Intern. Shadowed the assistant general manager and learned about all the facets that go in to running a country club, learned about multiple paths food and beverage managers have taken to end up where they are.

-August 2017- September 2018: Hilton Columbus at Easton

F& B Supervisor: Managed the in- room dining, the restaurant, the lobby bar, cappuccinos and the "Grab N Go" shop. All of these combined averaged $30,000 in revenue per week. Assisted in opening a new bar and restaurant after renovations. Forecasted weekly sales, implemented new and improved procedures for employees, and assisted with scheduling/sales tracking. Took alcohol inventory every month, and developed an extensive knowledge of Micros POS functions.
