• Developed Learning Management System job-aids for internal Learning and Development employees to assist in registering bankers for trainings, assigning class programs, and removing programs.

• Customer Retention. Follow up with customers (managers of employees) to see what feedback they can provide me with to make sure their employees are getting the best possible training and service available. Taking feedback to help identify the individual’s opportunities and custom the program to help them retain the needed content.

• Developed Learning Management System job-aids and FAQs for bankers to assist with self-registration, class program completion and eLearning troubleshooting.

Assigned class programs and assisted with any issues regarding class access or eLearning completion issues.

o Cross referenced the course completion reports for training classes against the Learning Management System to verify employee class and program completions. o Worked closely with Mangers, Market Managers and Customer Experience Managers to schedule/reschedule bankers.

o Hosted training meetings to educate employees on how to use Zoom and access virtual classes.

• Co-led a Microsoft Teams training program to support the software change from Skype and Zoom to Microsoft Teams. Developed job aids regarding Team’s functionalities that were used bank wide.
