I am Pham Phuong Linh, a Business Administration senior at Foreign Trade University in Hanoi. I was quickly drawn to your job posting for Educator Assistant (part-time) and I believe that my skills, abilities, experiences, and passion for eduction and environmental protection make me a fit for this position.
Currently, I worked as an HR Assistant Intern for Carl Zeiss Vietnam, which has given me the knowledge, experience, office skills, and soft skills I will need to thrive for higher achievement in the future. So far, I have pushed myself into the limit that I could grow and explore more about my ability in general HR: recruiting, administration, L&D, C&B. In addition, what I collected from previous HR Intern positions, would provide a solid foundation for the tasks assigned by WildAct Vietnam. Organizational culture, colleague - centric nature, desire to co-develop, and team collaboration have granted me significant interpersonal and communication skills.
The previous activity has developed my researching, human resources management, and negotiation skills, needed for the job, as a key manager of Organizing Committee of a big event "The Breakfast 2017” and a leader of Academic Department of a music club MCCM. In educating, being an English tutor for nearly 2 years has enhanced my English skills, and taught me how to treat and approach others in a cultured and calm way. With four main projects of WildAct Vietnam, the position offered is an opportunity for me to make use of my skills, and open another door to step in new journey, challenge that I have never expected before.
In addition, I contribute to initiating solutions with 2 reports to the efficiency of job performance, and recruitment in Manpower Company, a leading global staffing company in Vietnam, and the recruitment and selection of Phuong Thanh Company, a Vietnam prestige transport and construct corporation. I am about to have two scientific researches about the influence of Emotional Intelligence on Gen Z employees' job performance published on Trade Magazine. This experience has given me profound insights about organizations and how they work effectively.
