I am a project management professional with experience in the high-rise residential construction industry. I have managed the construction of multiple luxury high-rise residential condominiums. I have earned my MBA while working full time on multiple projects as a project engineer. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Ludlow and Associates Construction - Houston, TX August 2018 to Present Project Manager, The Revere ($35 Million) and The Hawthorne Condominiums ($71 Million)

• Maintain excellent working relationships with clients, owners/developers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, city inspectors, external consultants, maintenance personnel, building managers, and buyers to coordinate completion of the building on time and under budget

• Develop and optimize critical path schedules with job site superintendents on a continuing basis

• Coordinate multi-disciplinary team for installation of MEP systems to avoid conflicts, maintain architectural integrity and design, and reduce material and installation costs

• Review drawings for inconsistencies to avoid delays and propose revisions to details through the RFI process to expedite work in place

• Developed my own project submittal review process to ensure correct purchase and installation of building materials by confirming product data, shop drawings, samples, and test reports with architect, engineer, and owners

• Create user-friendly tools in Excel and Bluebeam for management to track progress of multiple tasks on projects at once

• Price client changes through amendments, sketches, and owners’ drawings for final approval

• Budget reconciliation and review/auditing on monthly pay applications

• Negotiate and purchase materials for contract buyouts and track until installed

• Define subcontractor scope prior to beginning of work to eliminate future discrepancies

• Produce manuals for job site safety and quality control: LEED, fuel management, dust control, water prevention, trash haul off, SWPPP

• Produced and supplied the High-Rise Questionnaire and subsequent high-rise package for Houston Fire Department

• Manage drawing logs system (electronic and hard copy) for permitting and architectural updates

• On-site technical support for team members
