Norton Healthcare PMRC Supervisor 12/21- present Updated ALL materials, standardization of processes for 17K employees, learned all mail and receive processes, and actual inventory. Over saw daily average of 6K OB mail, 12K in IB mail and 2,500 IB packages are sorted and distributed in timely manner. Customer Service, scanned and filed hardcopies, inventory counts, experience with Lawson, training, ordered supplies, and monitored day-to-day processing. Spearheaded move to new location due to safety concerns with design, designed layout of new location with the implementation of standards, improved production by 8%.
