Preparation of task sheets for the maintenance of Motors, VFD’s, soft starters and other equipment’s based on the recommendation from the OEM.

Preparation & Execution of Power consumption optimization plan and conducting energy audits to minimize the power consumption.

Analyzing and preparation of Root cause analysis,5Y analysis, MTTR & MTBF for all the breakdowns.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the 11KV/ 415/230V power network, including extra low voltage equipment’s, backup power systems (UPS and generators), substation equipment and its associated systems.

Preparation and review of Maintenance Procedures, method statements and risk assessments for the trouble shooting and refurbishment activities.
