Production work as Process Controller and Senior Process Controller: Work: Clean the plant, take readings, take samples, do plant inspections, report problems, set valves(open and close), change over pumps (stop and start), compressors stop and start including oil systems and put seals in with oil and gas systems. Take equipment out and put back in commission and make safe for maintenance purposes. As Senior Process Controller: Control the plant Decommission the plant for Shutdowns and commission the plant after shutdowns. Experian’s in: pumps, compressors, vacuum blowers, distillation column, expansion column, wash column, apostrophic column, and crimping of equipment, cooling, heating and heat exchangers. Chemicals, splitting of chemicals, inorganic chemicals and organic chemicals.

Work with the maintenance team (electro mechanics). Basic and intense maintenance work. Make sure all grease points open and grease all grease points until the grease is getting out at the right points. Make sure that there are no oil leaks and fill all oil points. Mechanical work: Check all mechanical parts and moving mechanical parts to be working and right working correctly and all bearings is fine. Repair all mechanical and moving mechanical parts, or replace parts needed, pull – up mechanical moving belts and chains. Electrical work: Do electrical work up to 1000 volts. Open electrical panels, put Vaseline on sealing path (flame path)so that the flame path does not rust, make sure that all electrical wires is in good condition and tight (no loose wires).

Because I lost a lot of my hearing and was not allowed to go to the plant.
For the last three years I did a lot of admin work with the Forman: Like attending meetings, paper work like writing reports, doing inspections, holding meetings, plan jobs, order spares, control stores and report problems to the management. Manage and control the people in the office when needed. I also did a project on the data sheets.
