PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Build formwork of various dimensions for holding concrete. Ability to mix, pour and finish concrete for a variety of applications.

Able to perform layout and frame houses, and structures using both wood and steel studs. I can layout and frame interior walls within structure. Able to perform interior finish carpentry including cabinetry work, deck and crown molding, painting, and hang and tape drywall, then texture. Able to cut/install fire blocking/steel stud backing. Able to construct rack systems, shelving and walls.

Experience building scaffolding towers. Able to build wood and metal formwork, and column forms per print. I can rig and fly equipment, formwork and construction loads using available cranes.

Experience with Peri system formwork and hardware. Able to perform layout and set anchor bolt templates. Use of pole shores and braces. Scaffolding, alum a-joists, false decks.

Proficient with hand, electric and pneumatic tools and equipment, light plants, generators, boom/aerial and scissor lifts and forklifts. Over 18 months shipyard dry-dock experience as welder/shipwright helper and fire watch.

Able to form up and pour concrete for footings, slabs on grade, decks, walls, columns.

Experience using coil rod, snap ties, sheet bolts, form shoes, turnbuckles and other form hardware.

Able to cut and tie rebar, concrete and metal with a hot saw or torch. Able to build rebar mats, curtains and cages. Able to use Oxy/Acetylene for cutting and welding.

Able to read prints and drawings, operate lasers, tripod and PLS lasers, builder’s levels.

Mechanical ability. Able to repair tools and equipment for continued job functionality.
