Protection Technologies, LLC September 2019 – August 2023 Senior Vice President

• Recruited by a small independent Security Integrator desiring to grow the geographical area, revenue and profitability of the existing business within the northeast region and east coast

• Company had three [3] large existing customers; two manufacturers and one multi family residence developer

• Existing owner was transitioning from a local Locksmith to the electronic security integration arena

• Upon commencement of employment I was tasked with the following objectives to prepare the company for growth and profitability:

o Accountability of field and admin staffs

o Reporting system of field staff to track performance metrics compared to project proposal actuals

o Eliminate subcontractors and contracted field staff o Manage the Human Resource function

o Hire field technicians and internal admin staff to support the existing personnel as well as anticipated growth

o Reorganization and tracking of inventory

o Implement purchasing procedures

o Transition to new project and scheduling software to gain greater analytical information o Improve profitability by instituting the above processes o Become the point of customer contact on all communications o Design and prepare all system proposals

• Created a business plan to increase sales and visibility in the government and medical industries

• Reviewed customer information for past work and service including all quotes and contracts

• Contacted all customers, active and inactive, to introduce myself and ascertain their satisfaction level with the company

• Briefed all existing and dormant customers on the new communication policy regarding follow up voice as well as email feedback on all work performed for them

T. Farese & Sons January 2015 – December 2016

Chief Operating Officer

• Recruited as Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest privately held Solid Waste and Recycling business in New Jersey with annual revenue of $26,000,000.

• Responsible for the daily operations, driver scheduling, routing, customer service, sales, internal technology, contracts, legal affairs, liaison with government agencies, handle all Teamster Union issues, attend NJDEP meetings, Human Resources, payroll, fleet management, fuel management to name a few

• Created a "Litigation Chart" detailing all claims filed with our insurers

• Instituted a "Safe Workplace Environment" resulting in the first year results of reducing total accident liability from an average of $600k to under $50k

• Reduced Worker Compensation claims from an annual average of $600k to $88k

• Reduced Worker's Compensation Insurance the first year by $138k by participating in a P.E.O.

• With the excellent reduction in first year vehicle accidents the renewed auto policy resulted in a savings of approximately $250k

• Upon completion of the first ninety days of employment a recommendation was made to ownership for a reduction in non-performing personnel resulting in an annualized savings of

$700k with no disruption to the operation

• Immediately conducted an internal analysis and implemented operational changes resulting in a thirty-one percent increase in Operating profit along with increased service revenue

• Through a team effort with our engineers we instituted tablet technology for the field technicians resulting in daily work orders being invoiced daily resulting in a 99.9% improvement as opposed to the existing 71% accuracy. This implementation resulted in an immediate cash flow improvement thus reducing the need for credit line borrowing
