For the last 18 plus years serving the Construction Industry in all aspects including construction project design, Wal Mart, Rite Aide, CVS and Red Lobster, space planning, marketing and project management, estimating, project controls, sales, accounting practices and cost controls, scheduling, contracts and contract negotiations are things I have extensive experience in and capable of training. Coming up thru the ranks has developed a unique skill set of planning and problem solving in this detailed industry. The biggest asset is an ability to see the big picture overview, lead that vision to a team, develop an inclusive plan, communicate that plan and complete the objectives. Summary:

I have managed a wide variety of commercial projects over the last 18 plus years including: Restaurant and Retail projects including specialty restaurants in the private sector and hotel restaurants for Marriott. Retail space including clothing, personal apparel, and home goods. These included working with city and mall owners during the planning and permitting stage. Developing schedules to include pre-construction including selecting and negotiating cost with subcontractor to stay within budget and monitoring subs work to stay within schedule.
Grounds Up Construction projects have included light industrial warehouses, retail commercial store space, medical office and linear buildings. All these included extensive work with city and sometimes other government agencies, planning departments, and inspection agencies. Extensive scheduling and subcontract controls and monitoring as well as budget and cost controls. Commercial/ Medical TI, Ground Up and Design Build specializing in the hospital projects such as medical offices and ER and other types of procedure rooms which are my expertise. I have been designing and building this type of construction for many years. Over the last 12 years II have gained valuable hands on experience processing. Projects include working with the building owners to set up project budgets, then with tenants/users to define the scope of work for project scope, defining the interior design schemes, negotiating and procuring subs and sub-contractors, scheduling projects and equipment deliveries, and final close-out and occupancy. Hands on estimating of projects from $5K to multimillion dollars. Supervising 6-10 personnel running 20 projects annually. Design and space planning for projects in excess of $10M. A leader and team builder from both internal and external resources. Excellent skills in various software such as MS Word, Projects, Excel and Publisher.
