BRIEF BACKGROUND
Am a Zimbabwean Citizen passionate about development work and have been extensively involved in a number of initiatives for the past two decades plus. As a development practitioner I am a multi lingual communicator who is fluent in English, Shona and Ndebele. I have extensive experience working in various Rural Micro Finance(ISAL,SPM) Outgrower Extension work (Conservation Farming and Training, Food Relief programs, Social Development Training programs, Research and Farmer Surveys as well as Farmer Education promotion and development programs across the country.

Major Responsibilities
Compile models for horticulture crops
Conduct onsite training for internal farms
Conduct farmer trainings on the 5 horticulture crops
Advise and inform management on the issues to do with crop management in general
Compile training material such as handbooks for use by farmers (internal and external)
Conduct farm visits for onsite consultancy
Represent organization at various stakeholder forums such as full council meetings
