GBS Enterprise Travels & Meetings Lead, Saudi is responsible for local implementation of GBS ET&M policies, standards and initiatives, provides direction and metrics reporting for all initiatives. GBS Enterprise Travels & Meetings Lead, Saudi is responsible for ET&M organization local set-up, talent development and coaching. Presents annual meeting plan to produce excellent business outcomes, improve processes and increase productivity and effectiveness for the business. Role Definition, Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Local Subject Matter Expert on ET&M, and point of contact for any initiative impacting meetings process as well as supplier performance.

• End-to-end management of ET&M activities (including compliance, logistics, payments, reporting, etc.). Management of key category vendors (e.g. logistic agencies, AV/production and exhibit agencies)

• Deliver on site event support.

• Partner with Procurement to implement SOPs and Compliance documentation.

• Leverage meeting volume to enhance Vendor negotiations with Procurement.

• Conduct event closeout with internal and external stakeholders, including event budget reconciliation.

• Support quarterly agencies performance reviews where applicable.

• Use data sources to inform stakeholders and manage vendors: activity levels, spend, issue logs.

• Support creative solutions to meetings which may include virtual and other cost-effective options.

• Optimize utilization of GMP&P (Cvent) in all events

• Ensures compliance processes and global policies are followed at the local market level including training to local BU clients and vendors on SOPs and process.
